Toddlers like to help out. Amelie does. When she’s crying or throwing a fit, I just ask her to help me with a task, and her mood instantly changes. So I take advantage of this enthusiasm to start involving her in house chores and teach her about responsibilities. More importantly, I want to instill in her the love of work.
Helping with the laundry.
Helping at the grocery store.
Helping with baby brother’s bath.
